The NY sites of Sanders' three closing mega-rallies all went to Hillary Clinton (blue).

As if we need another proof that big rallies don't translate votes...but here it is. #ImWithHer

But how can Bernie Sanders draw such large crowds, but such low voter turn outs? Something does not compute here.
We do know for a fact the voter rolls in New York were changed. Many Democrats were changed to Independent or even Republican, without the person knowing until it was too late to correct things. Some areas had many changes, while others had none. Just like in Arizona.
Election Fraud, that is the reason for the law suits.

Hillary areas, pretty much left alone. Bernie areas are where the voting problems seem to be. Now why is that?

Those are Clinton's strongholds in the state.

If they wanted to knock down Sanders's vote count they would purge voters from Plattsburgh and Corning.

I'm not familiar who lives where in New York. Let's wait and see how the various law suits pan out.

It can't be tested.

There is no way to know what the vote count would have been had there been no rally.

There is no way to measure whether the rally attendees voted (they almost certainly did). Their number is included in Bernie's vote count.

You have no way to measure the effect a rally has on the state or other states as a campaign device.
