I'm quite sure there are some paid shills for a couple industries also. Anyone who thinks it doesn't happen is in denial. It's a low cost, low risk, high reward thing.

I don't live in CA. I live in a nice Capitol Hill townhouse from which I collect my six-figure checks. I steal meals from millenials while they take pictures of their food and swipe their tablets from which I feast on caviar. I don't really read comic books, either. The truth is I am a lifetime subscriber to One Percent Magazine. I'm so ashamed.
