Obama didn't clinch with pledged delegates alone, just an FYI.

He clinched because of the supers who came over once it was clear he had a majority of pledged delegates.

That is the history there.

Hillary conceded the race once it was clear that the superdelegates ended the race.

Bernie didn't clinch with pledged delegates alone, just an FYI.

He clinched because of the supers who came over once it was clear he had a majority of the peoples' support.

That will be the story in 2016.

Hillary conceded the race once it was clear that the superdelegates ended the race.

then I'll agree with you. Bernie has no chance of gaining a majority of delegates including pledged or supers. The best he could do is deprive Hillary of a majority of pledged delegates, though it looks increasingly unlikely that he will be able to pull that off as well.

Supers won't help him and he accused them all of campaign finance wrongdoing.

I'm sure a bunch of career party loyalist are chomping at the bit to vote for him when he is behind in the pledged delegate count and popular vote.
