Baltimore Sun: Sanders first campaign appearance in MD will come days after early voting closes.

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders will make his first campaign appearance in Maryland on Saturday with a rally at Druid Hill Park in Baltimore.

Sanders has been actively campaigning in Pennsylvania — which along with Maryland and three other states — will also hold its primary on Tuesday. But the Vermont Senator has not visited Maryland since he toured West Baltimore in December.

The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the Rawlings Conservatory Charm City North Lawn. It will come days after early voting in the state closed.

Bernie is way behind here in Maryland and if he was serious about winning he should have been campaigning here long before early voting started 1 week ago.

Sounds to me like he doesn't really have any intentions of winning this thing.

I think the rally is a great idea tho

Dial back on the bombastic Hillary attacks and start to
point out the differences between the 2 parties.

Time to start gently nudging his supporters over to Hillary.

Bernie can play a positive significant role in all this if he wants to.
