H.A. Goodman

I am trying to frame this as an exposé of Mr. Goodman's lack of coherence and not an attack on Senator Sanders. What will be with him and his campaign will be.

Mr. Goodman has been bloviating the past year that Senator Sanders will be the next nominee to now bloviating how Trump will be the next president:

2. He's trying to "make a name for himself" so that he can parlay it into future punditry.

A lot of progressive information outlets are "cashing in" on the Sanders campaign to inflate their own audiences.

6. I agree, he's a hack and ultimately a failure. But there's a reason he's so consistently

off-the-reservation when it comes to sanity, and that's because there's money to be made being a "loud progressive" these days.

HA Goodman is like the Rush Limbaugh of a burgeoning Progressive Entertainment Complex. Their information doesn't have to be true, as long as they can keep getting paid.

14. Spot on. That can really be seen in the format he uses.

You outlined it very well in a reply to me below.

7. Three groups of people.

1) Those on the right who promote Goodman style ratfucking.
2) Those of us on the left disgusted by Goodman and see right through him.
3) Those on the left who don't know he is ratfucking and promote him.

The content he provides is so bad I simply find myself laughing. I truly don't know how anyone buys into it.

11. 75% of his links are to his own other stuff. It's amateur-level self-promotion, and not much else.

"As I said on..." link to video appearance. "As I wrote on..." link to one of his unpaid HuffPo articles published on some other progressive-purity site, like Salon.

He's badly trying to direct web traffic to his work so it appears like he's popular.

12. So he's implying that he and his "Bernie or Bust" movement are powerless.

If the "Bernie or Bust" movement were actually a force to be reckoned with, then they might be able to sway the election to Trump or Cruz. In which case they would rightfully deserve blame/credit for doing that. The only scenario where Trump wins and "Bernie or Bust" doesn't get any blame/credit is if "Bernie or Bust" is so tiny that it doesn't make any difference.

"The FBI’s Interview of Hillary Clinton Will Save Obama’s Legacy and Nominate Bernie Sanders"

"It’s Time for Hillary Clinton to Concede the Democratic Nomination to Bernie Sanders"

"The Case for Writing-In Bernie Sanders If Hillary Clinton Is the Democratic Nominee"

"Bernie Sanders Won the Debate Because Jorge Ramos Is Right, Clinton Could Get Indicted"

I didn't just make those up trying to look foolish. They are truly headlines of some of his pieces. I can't believe people are dim enough to fall for him.
