How soon we forget!
Obama issued a statement "Senator Clinton's Statement before the Argus Leaders Editorial Board was regrettable"

I do!
Obama wasn't facing endictments, didn't have baggage, back in 2008.
I would want her to stay in if it wasn't for the potential for her shit to blow up after the primary and screw us in the general.

(19,877 posts)2. Hillary was only down by 100 delegates, not 250 like Bernie.

(62,276 posts)4. She lost by 62 pledged delegates.
And her surrogates reignited the Jeremiah Wright controversy before two state primaries that had enough delegates to flip it. Had Obama not handled it perfectly it may have blown up.
Unfortunately Sanders is so far behind no such gambit exists. I would wager the losses will be even larger now as people bandwagon to say they voted for the first woman nominee.
