2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumI believe that was one of Bernie's BEST town halls.
He was outstanding. Focused, warm, assertive when necessary.
He had Chris Hayes back on his heels for the first minutes. Bernie was dominant.
Dumb MSNBC cut away for a few minutes to go to Trump!
Otherwise, it was great and I urge everyone to watch the video when we get it and soak it up.
That's our next president!

(9,313 posts)3. Bernie: Superdelegates have a right to rethink decision
During MSNBC Town Hall hosted by Chris Hayes:
Lets talk about principle. Hundreds and hundreds of superdelegates parts of the Democratic establishment voted for Hillary Clinton, or chose to come on board her campaign before I even announced by candidacy, and those people have a right to rethink the decision that they made, and if they conclude that we are the stronger campaign for a dozen different reasons that we are a stronger campaign. And by the way, this is not just talking off the top of my head virtually every poll thats out there as you know shows that Bernie Sanders does better against Donald Trump than Hillary Clinton does better against other Republican candidates. Should that be taken into consideration? Yeah, I think so.

(9,313 posts)9. The question was whether he'd tell his supporters what to do.
The answer is no.
This is a separate question from the question of whether or not he would endorse her (and under what circumstances).
Were not a movement, Sanders said, where I can snap my fingers and say to you or to anybody else what you should do, that you should all listen to me. You shouldnt. You make these decisions yourself.
