2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumIt's not about Clinton getting stuff done, it is WHAT she will get done.
Look at what the disastrous duo, the two-for-the price of one couple got done the first go round. The country and the American people are still paying for what they got done.
She will reach across the aisle to the corporate Republicans and deliver for her big money backers. And when she doesn't deliver for the people she will blame it on the GOP. And if anything does get done the cost of what little is delivered will be astronomical because of big money backers and family members feeding at the public trough.
Bottom Line: Bill and Hillary Clinton got a hell of a lot done the first go round and this country and its people are still paying the price.

(3,795 posts)I DO trust Bernie, and he is one of the very, very, very few that I would trust with this power at this point in time.

What has Bernie ever done?

"She voted for the Iraq Resolution!"
"That's not the same thing as going to war."
"But she voted for it!"
"Because it was going to pass anyways!"
"She voted for it!"
"So did nearly everyone in Congress!"
"It speaks to her judgment!"
"So you hate John Kerry, too, then?"

(34,845 posts)I'm not shy about saying I'd prefer someone other than another Clinton as President but instead of being depressed and negative about it, it seems to me that putting the best food forward is the best approach and not just sulk and try to make things worse.
