Does Hillary have more or fewer votes than in 2008, based on the states that have voted so far?

Just curious, after reading a headline that Dem turnout is down 20% from 2008. I know the voting schedules have changed a bit since 2008, so wondering where she's at this time around in comparison with her previous run.
