(15,139 posts)an excellent shot at winning big here. I don't think too many Californians like the primary system which puts us last in the voting booth, but this year it could work to our advantage. We have a great opportunity to send the establishment the loud and clear message that we're not going to have Hillary shoved down our throats. Need to donate and work like hell to make it happen.

(21,328 posts)I think the larger case is that Hillary can shepherd through a center-left agenda of tax increases on the wealthy, a strengthening of the ACA, more liberals on the Supreme Court, raising the minimum wage, etc.

Nope, Obama won everyone over with "hope and change".
And sold it to undecideds convincely.
Hillary must also "win" Sanders supporters, independents and undecideds.
