But the deadenders here still cling to their hopes of Sanders somehow flipping supers (democratic corporate whores per Dr. Paul Song) and subverting the will of the people!

Plus, in Vermont, he's gotten a good chunk of the Republican vote when running for the Senate. You might also consider that many of Hillary's votes are in states that always vote Republican in the general election, so they're pretty much erased when you get down to it.

You would think the negativity around Trump and the prospect of electing the first female president would drive up turnout. So far, it hasn't. You have a voting population right now that does not like either candidate, who are angry at the Washington establishment, and feel no one represents them.
