in the sense that the more delegates he gains the more clout he will have to influence the party platform when it is created.

Since Sanders have some issues he values very strongly that many of his supporters also shares he likely wants to get as much of them included in the platform as possible(in short, even if he might not become president he can still further the issues he and his supporters share )

Wed May 4, 2016, 12:53 AM

Where's the fact in that statement, or that thought? Oh, so it's her OPINION. Well what makes her such a great prognosticaor, I wonder? Is she some sort of expert on elections? Um, no. She's a know-nothing nobody.

If it's about the vetted thing (which is an extremely crude and unacceptable way of saying it)... then why didn't Hillary vet him? He's been running for a year, what was she waiting for? And how is a person like Bernie who has been in the public eye for 30 years not vetted? (Fact is, it so happens that Hillary is the one is isn't vetted because Bernie refused to bring up the FBI.)

It's such obvious bullshit and crudely, ineptly delivered. I don't think that's even what she meant though. I think it was what someone said upthread, that it was about his being Jewish. Coming from a black woman, that's despicable. "Do unto", ya know?

The current crop of talking heads, especially the ones on MSNBC are MORONS. Yes, they are even worse than Fox, which is actually improving slightly.

The Hillary surrogates are even more idiotic than the pundits, and I believe Reid started out as a surrogate, if I remember correctly. She shouldn't even be allowed to embed that far into a news show.

Go away, Reid. Your two minutes are over.

He just surprised himself at the response he got to 'free tuition' and never realized that he could have been viable.

I just hope that the next candidate who tries to use the same ploy is greeted with much more suspicion. Or at least critical examination.
