(24,010 posts)...Bernie Sanders and his 7 MILLION small donors, and his big pull with independent voters and young voters, and his advocacy for the poor majority--and his rock solid persona.
Even they can't deny the astonishing success of Sanders' New Deal-like campaign, though I imagine they would love to go back to shoving him into a black hole of no coverage.
Clinton is the candidate of their employers--the Wall Street candidate. They've built up a foil for her out of nothing--by GIVING 24/7 coverage to Trump from the beginning every time he farts inside his private jet toilet. Gawd. However, Bernie Sanders has thrown a very big monkey wrench into the planned, inside-the-Matrix general election. He's created himself and we, his supporters, have catapulted him and his New Deal agenda to fame that the Corrupt Media can't really ignore any more.
I thought one of the Corrupt Media bots was amusing when she cited an Indiana exit poll showing a flip from ALL OTHER CURRENT POLLS on Sanders vs Trump and Clinton vs Trump matchups. Indiana Dem primary voters gave the edge to Clinton over Sanders, vs Trump. But take a look at these stats:
http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2016/us/elections/primary-calendar-and-results.html?_r=0
In all national polls, Sanders has TWICE the margin against Trump that Clinton has, and Clinton even loses to Trump in one poll (Rasmussen). This is one of Sanders' strongest arguments to "super-delegates" about his electability vs Clinton's. And one state, Indiana, does not change that. Sanders is overwhelmingly the one to beat Trump all over the nation. But, again, the Corrupt Media doesn't want that to happen, so this bot highlights this one, single-state outlier poll. Jeez, they are so transparent--to me anyway. I don't do TV any more, and so, when I view a clip of it, I am staggered by the bias, as well as the arrogance.
