Bernie has a new megaphone to advance attacks against Hillary

“Bernie Sanders has a message that’s interesting. I’m going to be taking a lot of the things that Bernie said and using them,” Trump said.

In an interview with MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Donald Trump said that he planned to use Bernie Sanders‘ attacks on fellow Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton against her in the general election.

“Bernie Sanders has a message that’s interesting. I’m going to be taking a lot of the things that Bernie said and using them,” Trump said.

“I can re-read some of his speeches and I can get some very good material. He said, you know, in many ways [Clinton] shouldn’t be there. He said some things about her that are actually surprising, you know, that essentially she has no right to even be running and she’s got bad judgment.

“When he said ‘bad judgment,’ I said, ‘soundbite,'” Trump said. “But Bernie has been very effective, been treated very badly by the Democrats and by the Democratic Party and, frankly, should run as an independent, I think.”

Sanders will attack Hillary right up to the election in November. Trump will obviously be doing the same. His poll numbers will improve while her's falls and then a momentum effect will sweep the country. Think about it. Our Democracy has overcome so much just to have the actions of a Fascist like Trump and a Socialist like Sanders work together to bring our democracy to an end.

18. Lack of judgment is not a criminal offense. If it was, the prisons would be full.

The best they could do would be some charge of wanton disregard for the law (should such a law exist) or failure to following expressed policies and procedures (should such policies and procedures exist). Both would be a high bar to reach since it would not be enough to be just a simple mistake since mistakes happen. Also, the Director of most federal agencies can change the agency's policies and procedures should they have reason to do so. As Secretary of State, I would imagine that that would make her the highest ranking person within the State Dept, thus she could change the policy should she have a valid reason for doing so.

Someone published the info on this site about agency Director's being able to change polices and procedures if they have a valid reason to do so. I didn't save it but I know I read it here so the Bernie squadron should know about that.

REASON FOR ALERT

This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.

ALERTER'S COMMENTS

Jury: Clinton is only a few years younger than Sanders. Yet, we do not hear comments on her age, her plastic surgery, her weight nor much on her health. If it's fine to call Sanders an old man, it should also be fair and fine to call Clinton an old woman.

Ageism sucks no matter who does it.

Donald Trump talked politics with Bill Clinton weeks before launching 2016 bid

Former president Bill Clinton had a private telephone conversation in late spring with Donald Trump at the same time that the billionaire investor and reality-television star was nearing a decision to run for the White House, according to associates of both men.

Four Trump allies and one Clinton associate familiar with the exchange said that Clinton encouraged Trump’s efforts to play a larger role in the Republican Party and offered his own views of the political landscape.

(snip)

The talk with Clinton — the spouse of the Democratic presidential front-runner and one of his party’s preeminent political strategists — came just weeks before Trump jumped into the GOP race and surged to the front of the crowded Republican field.

The revelation of the call comes as many Republicans have begun criticizing Trump for his ties to Democrats, including past financial donations to the Clintons and their charitable foundation.

(snip)

At Trump’s 2005 wedding, Hillary Clinton sat in the front row for the ceremony, and Bill Clinton joined her for festivities later. The Clintons were photographed laughing chummily with Trump and new wife Melania Knauss at the reception, with Bill Clinton clasping Trump’s shoulder.

Trump has also donated to Hillary Clinton’s Senate campaigns and to the Clinton Foundation.

Bill's actions have only served to breathe life into the Republican Party.

The only things that Trump can use effectively against Hillary is from her bevy of self-inflicted wounds which are a matter of public record.

Bernie has condemned Trump and will continue to do so as they struggle for the Independent Vote; something which Hillary wrote off years ago.
