People claiming that Trump will beat Hillary are missing something important:

Endorsements. Right now, a number of very important people are withholding endorsements, since the Democratic nomination is still being contested. That's going to end pretty darned soon, actually. Right after the June 7 and June 14 primaries, it will be clear who the nominee of the party will be. In reality, it seems pretty clear right now, but people still have hope for Bernie Sanders, so it's still being contested.

When the Democratic nominee is clear, and it will almost certainly be Hillary Clinton, a phenomenon will occur that hasn't yet happened. President Obama will endorse and begin actively campaigning for the nominee. He's a popular President, just in case nobody's noticed. Others, too, will endorse the actual nominee, including Elizabeth Warren, and their endorsements will be heard by many who are currently supporting the person who will almost certainly not be the nominee.

Then, a bit later, at the end of July, another person will endorse Hillary Clinton as the actual nominee. That person will be Bernie Sanders. He has clearly said as much multiple times.

Those endorsements, and many, many others will be made plain and many beloved Democrats will be campaigning for Hillary Clinton during the general election campaign.

While there will no doubt be some who will still not be convinced to vote for Hillary, they will represent only a small portion of Democratic voters. Some may not even be inclined to vote for any Democrat in the first place.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump will struggle for endorsements from powerful Republicans. Some may say they support the nominee, but will not actually speak Trump's name. There have already been several such lame endorsements, and there will be more to come. We may even have some major moderate Republicans endorse Hillary Clinton, actually.

Anyone who says that Hillary Clinton can't win against Donald Trump is missing a pile of evidence to the contrary. They're mistaken. It's too bad, and that will become clear soon enough.

8. I think this is one of those times when no endorsement will matter. It will only hurt the endorser.

Not that we're all that divided to begin with.

People that think we're irreparably fracture need to take a peek across the aisle.

selection of a Candidate. You and I know how this will play out,and in saying that,Mr. Sanders is the Change Agent and this is a positive for all Democrats. Yes,we have our Idealist and we have always had them which makes the run up to the Convention so damn much fun.

And with all the Circus Acts coming from the other side, you and I will enjoy some of our favorite Local Races which were Gerrymandered to hell and back, and, watching those Hatemongers go down the road.

Looks more and more like the so called E-Mail thing is being owned by Rep. Gowdy, and the flying Spaghetti-Monster will not be able to make any thing stick to the wall.

6. Regular Americans view many of those endorsers as part of a very CORRUPT system that is destroying

this country. I think it will actually help him with people that are fed up with the corrupt system.

Most people realize we have a corrupt system where people get rich by screwing over this country and the American people. People do no longer go to Washington to work for the American People. They go to Washington to become one of the 1%

7. In a "Lesser of Two Evils," election the more fanatical base wins.

Using the EU constitution votes as an example, They too had tons of endorsements, it still failed in referendum votes.

Hillary will have trouble winning without a solid base of dedicated supporters. She has some base but is it dedicated as Trumps? Trumps has marshaled him to were he is in the face of absolute adversity, Everyone and their mother wants him gone and YET he wins. Hillary has managed to wobble her way to a probably nomination and she needed EVERY institutional lever of power, ALL of the media power behind her, and ever center of power behind her.

Hillary is a weak candidate. Bernies voters are unlikely to back her, Republicans are more likely to stay home than vote for a Clinton. So it will be a GOTV drive and honestly I think Trumps voters are more dedicated.
