How long before the Romney campaign start to try and rewrite the narrative of campaign 2012

by claiming that Romney was leading in the Polls until the hurricane struck and Romney had to suspend campaigning? The right will try to rewrite history denying that President Obama had always led in the EV and swing states and was always tied or within the margin of error even after this ghastly performance in the first debate which allowed Romney to narrow the field.

Also, will history be kind to Romney on his out right dishonestly in his campaign ads, his flip-flopping on every conceivable relevant issue, on the fact that his tax plan never added up, that his jobs plan had no plan to create jobs, and that on the tax returns he released, it showed him to be a chronic tax evader?

like they've been cheated, wronged, victimized- while they cheat, wrong, and victimize everybody else. They will never accept the fact that their candidates, as well as their policies, are just increasingly bad and that people don't accept them and that with things like Facebook and Twitter and other social media it's MUCH harder to fool people into voting against their own interests and/or keeping them barefoot and ignorant about what the Republicans truly stand for. For a party that preaches "personal responsibility", it never actually practices it!

though I think the rightwing will just adopt their standard "Mitt wasn't conservative enough" line. They never really liked this guy, but only backed him because they hated Obama.
So they'll turn on Willard and blame him for the loss, like they did Dole and McCain.

If Obama wins, Frank Rich says the GOP's fury will intensify, and the party will only get more extreme

He's be rewriting everything all along.

And as to history being kind to Mitt Romney...Can you name any of the four Republicans who lost to FDR? OK, if you're on this site you're a political junkie and you probably can, but my point is that normal (non-DU) people forget the losers within a few years.
