I was watching MSNBC and didn't think to switch to the networks.

(34,454 posts)and she likes The Ellen Show & they broke in with a Special Report. Christie as appreciative as ever and Obama looking & acting Presidential. Small clip of Romney looking smarmy and insincere, but I am way biased. Lasted about 40 minutes.

NBC did was NEtworks SHOULD do -- break away from programming to inform the nation when the President of the United States has something to say that is of NATIONAL importance.
Believe it or not, he is still the President. It was important that NBC (and I hope CBS and ABC) did this. If people have access to TV at all, they are lucky if they have cable.
This important. It's not about money it is about information about something that is VERY VERY devastating to our nation.
