Hillary needs to drop out. Now.
First, the longer Hillary stays in the race, the more it delays Bernie from consolidating support from President Obama and his network of supporters. While some folks have suggested that Bernie is primarily winning with the support of white men, President Obama still has a lot of support among minority communities, and Hillary's stubborn insistence on staying in keeps them on the sidelines. Between Bernie's strong support among white men, and President Obama's appeal among minorities and women, Trump would have no chance.
Second, campaigning in California is expensive. Rather than diverting resources and energy in an all or nothing push in California, it would be far more effective for Bernie to begin to pivot now to the general election. Many Democratic supporters are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the primary season to end, and Hillary's stubborn insistence on staying in the race will continue to impede his fundraising efforts, which have tailed off in recent weeks.
Third, the sooner that Hillary drops out of the race, the more time for her supporters to come around to supporting Bernie. Indeed, as Susan Sarandon stated "some women might feel pressure," but if Hillary drops out, they can then vote for Bernie. As for those Hillary supporters who actually support Hillary, they will get over it. They got over losing to President Obama, they will get over losing to Bernie. In contrast, it is Bernie or Bust for his supporters. So, given that Hillary's supporters would get over it, but Bernie supporters would never vote for Hillary, then logically, the party should rally around Bernie.
Fourth, Bernie is not going to go quietly. People talk about Hillary accepting the results of the 2008 primary. Well, that is her problem. Given that Bernie and his supporters will accept nothing less than the Democratic nomination, but Hillary has shown that she is willing to walk away, then obviously for the good of the party and the nation, Hillary should step aside. If she doesn't, then it is her fault and the fault of her followers for a Donald Trump presidency.

Why would the person with the 200 delegate lead drop out? That makes no sense at all. Neither candidate should drop out until California's 475, New Jersey's 134, New Mexico's 34, Montana's 21, South Dakota's 20 and North Dakota's 18 pledged delegates are allocated on June 7th.
Primaries' popular vote as of May 15
Hillary Clinton: 12,728,415
Donald Trump: 11,025,505
Bernie Sanders: 9,627,509
Clinton over Sanders: 3,100,906

She could go down in history as being the first woman who really helped finance the best president we ever had.
This is her best chance to rewrite history since there really is no chance she can win in November, especially after more skeletons come out of her closet in the next month.
Thankfully Bernie has had enough support to stay in, so that the party, after all that is coming, has a sound candidate to beat the republicans,.
