The Trump "Progressives"

So a poll shows 20%, a full one fifth, of Bernie supporters claiming they will vote for Trump instead of Hillary.

Just call them the Trump Progressives. These are "progressives" who want a con man billionaire who Bernie Sanders calls "a pathological liar" to be president. They want a race-baiting smearing anti-immigrant misogynistic slimebag and snake-oil salesman to be president. They want someone who doesn't come close to actually being qualified for the job to be president. They want a creepy narcissistic weirdo to be president. They want the birther-in-chief to be president.

Oh goody goody for them. The Trump Progressives!

They say they'd vote for Trump today. I'm not convinced they'll do it in November. I've said things in the heat of passion, only to walk them back later.

While some may vote Trump, there will be some who will vote for the democratic nominee.

they will likely flee. And after the SCOTUS fillings, his reign will last for decades. We could do far far worse than HRC for president. And I say this as a Bernie fan, but with realistic views. If HRC is the nominee, then she will gladly get my vote.
