If Bernie had dropped weeks ago he could not have gotten the influence he now has over the DNC.

Looks like those donations people sent in despite Clinton's "inevitability" weren't in vain. Realizing that should make Clinton's latest snub of Bernie and California voters feel even more foot-shooty.

As to the debate, but for Hillary's agreement to a May California debate when it benefited her, I would not care. She reneged and, as usual, is transparent in her singular focus of personal benefit.

He can NOT bargain now. It's done. Endorcements won't help this year. Hillary has to do this with the help of others and Obama.

He has the bargaining power here.

Hillary wants him to end his run. Hillary and the DNC want him to not contest the convention. They want access to his fundraising prowess.

If he stays in the race he can stake out more bargaining chips, so I think his position will improve. And the growing blowback against DWS is putting some real fear into the democrats that would otherwise sabotage everything.
