I love the hypocrisy of using superdelegates from day 1 to manipulate voters and then wanting

to change the rules of the game. That was a big part of the whole Bernie can't win argument so there is NOTHING wrong with Bernie trying to get the SuperDelegates to vote for him.

But of course they won't. This is not about being afraid of Trump or electing the best person to take him on. This is all about keeping a corrupt system in place.

2. The BS cheerleaders are the bunch of hypocrites

Early on, they thought that BS might actually win the Pledged Delegates and popular vote because of Iowa and New Hampshire. After that, they were non-stop crying about how if Secretary Clinton lost the PDs and popular vote, but "stole" the nomination via the Superdelegates, that it would "tear the Democratic Party" apart and they wouldn't vote for her in the General Election.

Of course, now, they don't really care about any of that that ... they only care about winning the nomination, no matter if the have to steal it or not.

A bunch of naive voters didn't know the rules and so whined about the rules and now that they could work in Bernie's favor these
"convictions" are easily tossed aside.

" so there is NOTHING wrong with Bernie trying to get the Super Delegates to vote for him."

He's is a total hypocrite.as is anyone who now tries to justify it because its Bernie's only path to winning the nomitnation ..
If Bernie wants to try and flip SDs fine..those are the rules, but it's dishonest to pretend the entire "SDs are against the will of the people" baloney wasn't just more of Bernie's say anything to win strategy proving he's no better than any of those "establishment" politicians he rails against.
Its like he's just figuring out now you cannot change the system from outside the system.

He's also hypocritical in light of the fact that he keeps pointing to HC's campaign fundraising when she is following the law and uses the current system to get donations.

4. Early in the primary season, the Sanders camp screamed about the unfairness of the supers
Tue May 24, 2016, 04:05 PM

as they assumed that Bernie was going to ride the wave of populism like Obama did in 2008 and easily win the pledged delegate count. They laid the groundwork early for the anti-superdelegate argument, because they did not want the ones that already pledged to Hillary to stick with her and deny Sanders the nomination.

A funny thing happened along the way though...namely, Sanders failed utterly in the People of Color vote, thus handing Hillary the overall pledged delegate win. Now the Sanders Camp has to eat a little crow and turn to the superdelegate system that they once decried, as they are his only hope. They want the superdelegates to deliver the nomination to Sanders despite his pledged delegate loss, which is deliciously ironic.

Hubris. Gotta love it.

You know that, right? Of course you do.

They'll vote for the person with the most delegates, as they always have. This isn't a big shock to anyone who knows anything about their history.

The average voter knows nothing about superdelegates. The assertion that the average voter is being influenced by the talk about SDs to the point that they're voting one way or the other is silly.

7. Superdelegates allowed for a narrative to be played throughout the media over and over

which basically crowned Hillary the victor at the very beginning of this primary race.

Simply saying that the superdelegates are going to vote for the person with the most delegates COMPLETELY obscures the power they truly had in this primary. The power to shape a narrative that most definitely favored HRC throughout, and a narrative that would NOT have been possible without their very existence.

Bernie ends up ahead in votes and wins in the primaries and the SD's give it to her that will be the end of it for me.... If she wins in any way I have a hard time voting for her , hate cheaters, and we would then have to big time sleaze cheating crooks running, not any way in hell to vote for that shit...Will be a write in on my ballot
