http://lawnewz.com/high-profile/secret-documents-filed-in-case-against-guccifer-who-says-he-hacked-clinton-server/At least two different sets of sealed documents were filed in the case against Romanian hacker Marcel Lehel Lazar, who goes by the moniker Guccifer. Lazar was extradited in March and is facing hacking charges. He told several media outlets earlier this month that he easily hacked into former Secretary of State Hillary Clintons private email server. He was also the one who first exposed Clintons use of a private email system.
Lazar is scheduled to appear in a Virginia courtroom Wednesday morning for a change of plea hearing. He is apparently finalizing a deal with the FBI and the U.S. Attorneys office. His extradition to the U.S. came just as the FBI was reportedly in the throws of an investigation into Clintons private email server. An examination of the federal court docket for his case by LawNewz.com revealed two new entries that were both filed under seal. The fact that the documents were kept secret could be an indication that they contain information related to his plea deal that the feds or a judge wanted to keep under wraps.
There may be something in his plea agreement that he agreed to testify against another individual and the government does not want that to be public so in this case the plea agreement (or another document related to it) could be sealed, Page Pate, a criminal defense attorney, told LawNewz.com.
However, to be clear, since the paperwork was filed under seal, we dont know for sure what it contains. The sealed docs could also include paperwork related to Lazars transfer to another detention facility to in preparation for court Wednesday.

(30,058 posts)found out in the interview he was not going to get paid he walked off. He returned later. He was extradited to the US because of his hacking, he did not come in with clean hands, even the interviewer indicated he did not appear to be honest. A thief of others information.

(1,078 posts)I read somewhere (sorry I don't remember where) that he has 2 GB of hacked data "in a safe place". It would make sense that the gov't is allowing him to cop a plea in exchange for that data. If that data contains even one classified fact that HRC didn't sufficiently protect, or even one work-related thing that Hillary didn't disclose to the FBI, then Hillary's got problems. Which means we all have problems. Whether each one of us support her or Bernie. Because she's the "inevitable nominee" as many here and all the news channels never tire of telling us.
Guccifer could be totally full of shit about breaching Sec. Clinton's server. We know he breached Sidney Blumenthal's machine. If she sent anything she shouldn't have sent to Sidney Blumenthal and Guccifer got it from Blumenthal's computer she's got major problems of the felonious kind.
I'm sure Hillary supporters will say that's all speculation, and they would be right. But ask yourself: Why did the FBI go to the hassle of extraditing Guccifer, only to cut a plea deal with him? It wasn't so they could further throw the book at him. Like I said, he's copping a plea tomorrow. I really don't think it's because they wanted to spring him from a Romanian jail on humanitarian grounds (/s). It's because they had reason to believe he had evidence of wrongdoing by someone pretty high up the food chain. Now who do you suppose that is?
