If elected president, Democrat Hillary Clinton would submit an infrastructure proposal to Congress during her first 100 days in office, campaign says in e-mail.

One of the few "issues" that Bernie addressed was a high octane (expensive) rebuilding of the infrastructure which I strongly approved of. A side effect is the jobs created.
