first off, should be locked and not in GD-P
Second, you all think we are rooting for this because we are masochists or something. We are pissed off that we are playing with fire and could lose the GE because of this nonsense. Indictment fairy is cute, but the Ignorance Wizard is sure in abundance here.

(10,650 posts)I'm sure they'd like to see your evidence so they can wrap it up.
The State Department Inspector General's report just moved the needle closer to indictment.
salinsky
(1,065 posts)Wrong.
The State Department IG's report found that the problems were systemic - i.e. not confined to Clinton.
The FBI will issue a similar report that is critical but finds no culpability on the part of Clinton, and it will be dropping soon.
The indictment fairy is still not coming.
BillZBubb
(10,650 posts)Also, note in the Inspector General's report was the statement that although earlier SoS's used some outside email services, since their time State Department rules had been significantly tightened. Hillary's actions went far beyond those of her predecessors even with tighter rules prohibiting those actions.
The Inspector General was not making a criminal probe, so the legality issues weren't pursued. The FBI is making a criminal probe and legality is what is being considered. There is a good chance the FBI will recommend indictment.
The Denial Wizard is going to be wrong.

(2,493 posts)Hills committed some serious errors. She is unique in her use of a private server and knowingly ignored State Dept rules. Do you think that it is ok to ignore rules designed to protect national security?

(1,065 posts)Never mind, here it is ....
In a statement, the State Department said the agency could have done a better job preserving emails and records of Secretaries of State and their senior staff going back several administrations.
We also acknowledge the reports finding that compliance with email and records management guidance has been inconsistent across several administrations, it said.

(29,251 posts)This report does lay out findings that she violated state Dept rules, knowingly and intentionally, and these findings will be given deference by courts.
Not that you care about facts like these, but since you don't seem to understand there's some gravity here it seemed worth spelling it out ...

(29,251 posts)rules that were not applicable when Powell and rice were in office. That she did so knowingly. And intentionally. And that notwithstanding the change in rules, what she did was far more egregious. So let me help you: read the report rather than pick out Brock talking points. Because it makes you look silly.

not a coincidence. Spam.
Text from the post before it's deleted.
Please kick and rec and kick again the threads about investigations...
...there are several out there right now that need a lot of attention simply because they are so important and because Camp Weathervane has gotten instructions not to post on them to get them to sink out of sight.
Octafish has a new thread about the Foundation's accounting
There are several threads related to the letter to Obama from the Intelligence professionals regarding the FBI investigation and the reasons why it should be speeded up.
I will come back with the links to these.
And remember....we warned them this was coming. They choose to ridicule and dismiss.

JURY: I'm being spammed about a link, so if this post is alerted as a call-out, I'm providing a simple link for someone calling me a liar. The thread is EASILY found, but I was called a liar so I posted this link. I've seen posts hidden for callouts if a link is provided from another poster, so that's why I posted this. Thank you.

(110,159 posts)It is something, right, all these Dems peeing their pants for an indictment. The reality, it is the only way their candidate can win. For anyone to have to work so hard at such a crappy win, is embarrassing.

(29,251 posts)latter not yet proven but highly evident, at least to some of us. If Clinton wasn't getting people to give beyond legal limits by her end run through state dem parties, she'd have had to cave by now.

(110,159 posts)Election reform is NOT Sanders. It has always been Democrats issues and Democrats have put a hell of a lot more time energy and discussion in the issue than Sanders.
Also, we see Sadners and group only discuss those areas they lost. That alone says something.
