Someone better tell NBC that this is a vindicating report.

Ouch, this is a fairly critical review. They even start looking at things somewhat critically (like Hillary's carefully worded answers)...

What the State Department Email Report Means for Hillary Clinton

The topline of the highly critical report by the State Department's inspector general into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server when she was secretary of state is that she "did not comply with the Department's policies." But what else does the report mean for Clinton — and for her presidential campaign?

Here are five key questions the report brings to the forefront:

Was Security Compromised?

Can She Be Prosecuted?

Has She Told the Truth?

What Light Does the Report Shed on Clinton Herself?

Will the Report Hurt Her Campaign?

have things like their emails available to the public. Not ones that are Secret, we all get that. But she showed remarkably poor judgement in the entire email thing.

And you are not supposed to have to sue to get them.

I submit a lot of FOIA requests on cases for exploited families, so this is a sore spot for me.

I thought everybody knew that.

Unless there is a specific exemption that applies, the public has a right to know about and see ALL GOVERNMENT CORRESPONDENCE.
