Many are well aware of HER motives and the fact that she is sneaky. We don't want her, or her husband, or their entourage ANYWHERE near the White House.

Hope that helps.

How can anyone support a candidate who is under investigation for breaking campaign finance laws?

conflating violating rules with breaking laws.

And even the State Department IG admits that the rules were not clearly articulated.

Federal Records Law established in 1950 and modified regularly to deal with changes in technology. In addition she failed to comply with FOIA laws and there is reasonable evidence she broke laws about classified data security. (Big clue: cloud backups) The only people who can prosecute this level of crime and/or corruption are the FBI working in conjunction with the DOJ. That has been going on for over a year and has been confirmed by not only President Obama but also the Attorney General and the Director of the FBI. These things take time but since two key witnesses are already locked in with immunity deals and plea bargains, and the first IG report is done (next shoe is the Intelligence Community IG report, but the preliminary stuff is already devastating), and an FBI investigation into key associates (McAuliffe) is now public, toast is being served....

Others violated rules at State. She was the worst about it. However none of them are going to E-Mail Jail.

There is an FBI investigation still going on. We will see what they about laws.

"State Department Audit Proves Hillary Clinton's Use of Private Email Violated Laws"

That is untrue. The OIG said Powell, Rice, Kerry, Clinton violated rules. She was the worst. NONE Of them were said to have broken the law.

Consequently the title is untrue.

Yes there are questions about her judgement/recklessness.

The FBI will tell us if she violated laws. They have not released a report yet. They have leaked no information.

So bottom line OP's video title isn't true.

Lying about this doesn't help Bernie win. It detracts from Bernie, doesn't support him.

By violating State Dept policy she, in fact, was not in compliance thereby violating the Federal Records Act.

"broke the law"?

None of them are going to e-mail jail.

The FBI investigation will be over soon. They will tell us what if any laws are broken. FBI has not leaked. Until then, all speculation about law-breaking is speculation.

And all full throated definitive statements that 'She Broke The Law' are hyperbolic speculation.

That's my opinion, and yes I am following the story and yes she did fuck up.

Hillary is the only one that used private email exclusively and did not turn over records upon leaving the State Dept as per the Federal Records Act. In fact, she avoided FOIA requests for almost two years.

In OIG, Kerry and Powell did get a few slaps on the wrist. Hillary got a lot more than that.

Nonetheless FBI investigation is the important one in terms of alleged broken law.

This is not going to go away. She is a deeply flawed candidate and the sooner she drops out so the Democratic Party can put distance between her and us the better.
