One thing is most certain from this election...

Regulation is an issue in this election, but nowhere near the level it should be. Yes, we hear about Wall Street, Cap and Trade, and small businesses. But what we need as much as anything else is some kind of FEDERAL regulations governing the voting process.
I am sick and tired of hearing about these corrupt Secretaries of States making up their own rules as they go along. Then there are the lines, the early voting hours, the computers, the counting, and so forth and so on.
This is a NATIONAL election that effects us all and states should not have that much power over manipulating results.

money. A national election should have national laws that are consistent over all the states. If the states don't like it, they can make their rules for their local state elections, but anything for congress/presidency should be regulated by the federal government and should be kept to just those contests.

FEDERAL laws are needed governing at the FEDERAL level, rules of national elections. State and local races and ballot initiatives/amendments should be decided in SEPARATE elections and not part of Presidential elections.
