Remember: Job #1 For Rove = Rove Gets Paid FIRST

Rove is in it for Rove. It's that simple. Whether the R candidate(s) he's supporting win or not is but a secondary concern. Job One is getting the billionaires to cough up the millions so he can draw his ridiculously high salary.

Now - just like in 2008 - he's got to explain to the RW elite why all that $ they put up didn't get their people elected. His convenient excuse this time around will be Hurricane Sandy. He'll say it stopped Rmoney's momentum, even though his momentum was going the other way 2 weeks before Sandy made landfall.

The reality - he's a bullshitter. He's the guy who had the "real numbers" in 2008 that showed a McCain landslide. He's the same guy who has been predicting a Rmoney win in 2012, even though Mitt hasn't been able to make any gains in the swing states.

There's a lot at stake for Rove this year, what with the millions he's pocketed courtesy of Citizens United. He's got to spin things HIS way. Otherwise, the coffers might dry up for 2014 and 2016.
