If it were Mitt Romney who was behind, this close to the election, but came back to become

"tied" in the race ...

Would you have been shocked if the "liberally-biased media" would NOT be making the case that "Mitt now has the momentum leading into Tuesday's election"?

Yet, where is the HUGE STORY about Obama's momentum?

If it were a football game, and the (alleged) underdog had taken the lead late in the third quarter, and the favorite had come back in the fourth to tie the game up, and had the ball again at the two-minute warning ... wouldn't the announcers be talking about how the "favorite" had the momentum?

He had a statistically insignificant lead in some national polls for about a week. But he has never at any point been up in enough states to reach 270

I mean, yes, I know I studied electrical engineering so I'm probably more sensitive to the difference between signal and noise than non-geeks, but, seriously: when was Obama behind? Not at any point.

listened to them about the polls, you would have thought that John Elway was marching down the field against the Cleveland Browns.

(if you haven't figured it out, I say "liberally biased media" like I say I'm a 9 foot triathalon winner ...)
