Romney to his crowd: “Paul and I have not promised you a bigger check from the government”

In his first event Sunday in Des Moines, Iowa, Romney played on the theme of a smaller federal government which doesn’t over-promise. “Paul and I have not promised you a bigger check from the government,” Romney told the crowd. “And we haven’t promised to take from some people to redistribute to you. We’ve instead promised to rebuild the economy and to tame the growth of government and restore the principles that made America the greatest nation in the history of the earth.”

they are first in line for that check if they lose a job or get injured. And they will still bash the "mexicans", "illegals" and *whispered* "colored people" as the freeloaders. I know this from firsthand observation. They also hate unions - but will be a member of one and tell others how great it is that the union fights for fair wages and against working killer hours. I'm convinced that most conservatives are incapable of self-reflection, self-awareness and they fail to see how ridiculous and ironic they are.

Just fuck him... I've never detested a candidate more than Romney, tho Ryan is a close second. They are truly devoid of any morality. If THAT is what "religious" people are all about, I want none of it.
