Clinton Campaign Condemns Protesters’ Violence at Trump Rally in California

Donald J. Trump left the stage after he spoke at a campaign rally in San Jose, Calif., on Thursday night.

By ALAN RAPPEPORTJUNE 3, 2016

Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, John Podesta, condemned political violence of any kind after clashes between supporters of Donald J. Trump and protesters during the presumptive Republican presidential nominee’s rally in San Jose, Calif., on Thursday night.

SNIP

“Violence against supporters of any candidate has no place in this election,” Mr. Podesta wrote.

The ugly scene is the latest example of the anger that is bubbling over in a volatile year for American politics. Mr. Trump’s trip to California in late April was marred when several of his supporters were bloodied by protesters and, in March, one of his rallies in Chicago was canceled after protesters flooded the streets.

While Mr. Trump has said he does not condone violence of any kind, his campaign made little effort to condemn it.

appropriately.

The way I read it, you're defending Trump's inaction to condemn violence at his past events by claiming the remark was in regard to the violence which was most likely committed by GOP operatives who have acted like this in every presidential election.

Who do you think the 'college kids' were who showed up to burn US flags in every city on GHWBush's campaign schedule in 88?

original agitators were Democratic groups - they were more reminiscent of the professional agitators hired by Bush campaign in 88 to burn US flags so he could 'condemn' flag buying in his campaign speeches. The current agitators have the anarchist crowd they can blend in with now, don't they?

Or the agitators planted by Nixon in VVAW who were urging the group to disavow peaceful protests in favor of violence. Or the James O'Keefe plants urging protestors at BLM gatherings to kill cops. Anarchists having a field day joining with professional GOP agitators posing as lefties, eh?

Or working DU planting stories that attempt to show Democrats and the left as bad and show sympathy for Trump.

And, further, it wasn't Clinton demanding Trump condemn the violence at this particular event. The article stated her campaign condemned the violence UNLIKE earlier violent events that Trump would not condemn. But…I did find it cute how you feigned outrage that Trump would be expected to condemn violence, while pretending he is an innocent bystander in all of this.

Real cute when you show 'concern' like that.
