"And so we go into this weekend, Republicans hoping this is a replay of 1980 where Ronald Reagan made a late break. But Reagan had started his break a little bit earlier. By Sunday, Jimmy Carter knew the race was over. If this is a late break, this is a really late break. And again, looking at some of these polls, Romney can do it. " MTP Sunday, Nov 4th

"you think about 1980 where everybody, every elite in Manhattan and Washington was sure Jimmy Carter was going to win,” Scarborough said Monday. “Nobody saw the Reagan revolution coming. Nobody saw it coming. Let me say it again, revisionists, nobody saw it coming.” -Nov 5th

For example, did they notice there was actually a 4-point swing to Obama in today's Ras poll for NH?

It went from +2 Romney to +2 Obama.

I would have loved for them to be depressed before the election, may have hurt Romney with turnout. I guess that is a trait of us on the left.

Thinks it'll be Romney in a landslide. He's from Michigan and says Romney easily wins there. He also says Romney takes Pennsylvania. I told him there's a world of hurt for one side or the other come Wednesday morning. I said if it's him and the Republican voters who are hurting, perhaps they need to change where they get their daily dose of media and information.

They think Romney will win. They think polls are oversampling democrats.

They are worshiping Ras. Only thing, Ras just predicted Obama would win.
