Voting Machine Questions

I am expecting (and hoping) for an Obama win tomorrow. Yet suppose that by 8pm we begin to see swing state after swing state all begin to swing in line for Romney, with very suspicious totals, and by Tuesday Romney squeaks by in a "miracle".

What happens then?

force the illegal software patch to be removed from the the voting machines that the SOS had put in.

What the SOS did is illegal in both State law and Federal law.

Reality is, POTUS probably will win without OH anyway.
