An interesting microcosm in CO

OK, so I'm very into politics, and by extension so is my 8yr old daughter. Today at school she brought up the topic of the elections and apparently a lively discussion ensued.

At the end of it, the class of 10 was divided into 6 Obama supporters and 4 Romney supporters. The teacher was also in the Obama camp.

It was interesting for a few reasons - this is in CO. And just outside Boulder (very liberal). But it is a 1 day a week program for homeschooled kids, and generally speaking homeschoolers tend to be more conservative.

Let's hope CO mirrors that result tomorrow....

My boys' school did a vote today and Romney won 247 to Obama 93. My boys were disappointed. I told them that it was totally expected and they should have known just from the way the kids talk at school.

But I call this county the land of Jesus and mega churches so I don't expect this county to go blue.
