For those angst-ridden about the Ohio "software patches", ask yourself a question...

If this is as risky as some people say, why hasn't the Obama campaign, or Sherrod Brown or the Ohio Democratic Party filed suit against the Secretary of State?

Maybe it's because I know people on the ground there, but if they're not worried, I'm not going to be either.

This "You can trust us" expectation by the GOP is ridiculous. We have memory, just like the computers.

They always have. That's why they ignore campaign statements and obsess over Gallup, why ignore campaign statements and believed Romney was surging; why they ignored campaign statements and thought/think think the Repubs can actually steal elections with 2pt margins and higher.

And I'll bet money on wednesday most of them will be handwringing about whether Obama can get anything done or not and 2014 and...

Obama's team is NOT going to do that, it has to be an independent.

For sure they are on it now that they know.

FOIA gave them the runaround, they just got the info 10 days ago.

Is anyone investigating whether or not Tagg has anything to do with these machines or software? To be forewarned is to be forearmed. Please stay on top of this! We can't let it happen again. Where are our computer guys? I hope they know what's going on.
