2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumGas is $2.96 in my city.
Unemployment numbers are dropping, stock market rising, and gas is under $3.00 for the first time in years in my city. I'll be the first person at the polls tomorrow voting for Barack Obama. He deserves another four years to build on the progress he's already made.

(1,278 posts)For those around here, South Of The Border (SOTB) is an actual place along I-95 straddling NC & SC in Hamer (Dillon), SC (currently $3.25), bit I am referring to Lake Wylie, SC. A bit closer to me is the Carowinds area which is $3.10. Charlotte is anywhere from $3.25-$3.50 depending on side of town.
