woohoo I Just Voted in DC

.....crack of dawn..longest line I've stood on in 20 years! I was voter #442; I am usually #70-120 after lunch in my little neighborhood!

Adams Morgan area and the lines were longer than in 2008. Proudly went to the 7-11 on the corner, got a blue Obama cup of coffee and proudly sipped while waiting in line to vote for the President.

I know DC is solid blue, but I'm proud to have my vote counted in the popular vote, too. Yes, it does matter!!
