Electioneering close to the polls is illegal -- report it if you see it

Generally, within 100% feet of the polling place. This includes "passive electioneering" like t-shirts and buttons. Electioneering includes playing a TV or radio (ie Fox, Rush, etc.), at least in my state -- I just checked. If you see it, report it. Take a photo. Even call the police if it's very aggressive. It is ILLEGAL, on a Federal, State, and local level. I have, in the past, reported both partisan and non-partisan candidates and their surrogates for this. It's voter intimidation, and they often target elderly folks.

canvassing, bell ringing
persuasion, suasion - the act of persuading (or attempting to persuade); communication intended to induce belief or action
2. electioneering - the campaign of a candidate to be elected.

********* In some states, passive electioneering is a grey area of the law. Some states outright forbid it.
