8. I read on Redstate that Rasmussen may use party demographics

His samples are about 44% Republicans

A CNN poll showed about 35% Republicans

I don't know if the Republican percentage was an after thought or if polling was done specifically based on party demographics.

Either way, it looks Ras may be oversampling Republicans
