Notice how in the clip Steve Douchey oh so discreetly tries to sneak in the lie that Holder dropped the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party in 2008. In reality, the Obama justice department received an injuction on the man wielding a nightstick, but dropped the charges on the other new black party members due to insufficient evidence that they were engaging in voter intimidation. Now I know the repugs like to believe that every black man at a polling booth must be involved in some concerted effort to intimidate voters, but there was no evidence to back it up, and the charges were subsequently dropped, and rightly so.
