Still waiting for Ohio judge's ruling on the lawsuit over the "experimental" voting software patch

The judge said he hopes to rule by noon (about a half hour from now).

COLUMBUS — A judge is weighing claims that software Ohio plans to use to speed vote counting could make equipment vulnerable to having ballots altered.

Federal judge Gregory Frost held an hour-long hearing on the issue today and said he hopes to rule by noon.

An attorney who brought the lawsuit says the software is being used at election boards in 25 of Ohio’s most populous counties.

not only an injunction agianst the patch's use; but, an immediate seizure of the patch for forsenic testing?

be conducted using paper ballots if the judge rules in their favor; but I haven't read the actual lawsuit.

It is not the altering of the votes that is of concern, it is the altering of the vote tally, sir!
