2016 Postmortem

I'm talking about the Ron Paul supporters. I don't know about the rest of the USA but I do know that here in Iowa they are really pissed off. And a lot of pissed off Paulites may either write their guy in, vote for Gary Johnson, or not even show up. And if Johnson and/or Paul get around 3% of the popular vote, I think that may be enough to make a difference in the final tally and put Obama over the top.
There are still a lot of Paul and Johnson signs around here. As stated earlier, I do not know about the rest of the country. Now I am going out to work to gotv. See you all later, so to speak.

(15,230 posts)...even right across the street from my local NH polling station this morning.
It's enough that I wouldn't be surprised if 1-2% of the NH vote goes to Ron Paul and other protest/third-party/write-in candidates, mostly eating into Romney's support.
