but I wouldn't at all be shocked if African American turnout is higher than in 2008. A lot of African Americans in 2008 thought "they" would not let a black candidate win. Now, you have 4 years of the Reps calling him every name in the book, and now trying to take him away...there could be vengeance today.

and as I posted our son voted for the first time in Pittsburgh today with all his university friends and they sailed through. The College Democrats at Pitt are Getting out the Vote!!

He was super confident about PA based on what he has heard. I haven't heard him this positive, in a long time.

Not sure about the specific numbers he quoted bit he did say turnout has been great thus far.
