Just finished working at OFA and they said it looks like Cantor is out...

Can that be true?

How is Ryan doing?

We had early voting since the 27th of Oct. with 50% voting early, so our voting at the polls was quick. I drove people to the polls and even the calls were lighter than usual. They went in and voted and were right back out to the car. Lots of young couples and singles were going in or coming out of the polls. Lots of people new to town that came in to Dem headquarters to get instructions on where to register and vote. (We can register and vote the same day.) So it looks promising from this part of Iowa.

He won by 25% last time around. Granted, that was a strong R year, but it was just as big in 2008.

The redrawn district is still about R+10.

Maybe they meant that he would no longer be a member of the majority leadership because we hope to take back the House?

That would still take a miracle... but perhaps a smaller one.

As much as I would love to be rid of Eric Cantor I find it difficult to believe.
