It was not unlike things I've read on DU the last few days.

The guest was J. Christian Adams. This guy's claim to fame is actually writing a whole book about the DoJ's mishandling of the New Black Panther event in Philly in 2008.

Adams wrote a piece about the Tarmac meeting for PJ Media that ended up in the NY Post.

It goes like this - the point of the meeting was to send a signal to DoJ careerists that Hillary was not to be indicted, the careerists' careers are at stake. Rush then basically told his listeners that the whole thing was them being led around by their noses but he used the Tarmac conspiracy theory as cover. He said that the goal of this whole Dem lead thing (yeah) was to deflate the right, to make them feel as though they are thoroughly defeated.

Having a dreaded foe in power drove gun sales through the roof to unprecedented and record breaking levels after Obama won, and the panic to buy even more guns will make that look like business as usual once Hillary wins.

They've learned, a Democratic president results in huge profits for the gun manufacturers, and thus massive donations to the NRA, over the fear they peddle of gun grabs that never materialize.

I fully expect large pockets of violence perpetrated by rightwing fanatics nationwide when Hillary wins.

Under the justified assumption that their violence would be welcomed by a President Trump.
