The moral of the story: FBI or any other office is not allowed to be independent unless they

bring in the decision the Republicans want.

Ryan will call Comey to task for his decision on the Clinton emails because Comey didn't make the decision that the Republicans wanted him to make.

It is setting a precedence that if you actually act independent, you will get called before congress.

So much for being impartial.

Saying that undermines our systems and democracy.

Thinking a lot about Al Gore. When Gore gave his concession speech in 2001 - preserved integrity of our country at a time of great divide. A true patriot.
