Kaine trailing Allen in early results in VA

I'm assuming that's because Northern VA isn't in it, just as the same situation is the case in the Presidential race.

The same thing happened seven years ago when Kaine was running for governor. He was trailing and trailing, and suddenly northern Virginia came in and--boom!--Kaine took a commanding lead.
