Wrestling has changed a lot... When I was a kid there were wrestlers that always lost and were always at the bottom of the card. That's who FOX liberal, Alan Colmes, reminds me of.

The Colmes solo TV show on weekends with Laura Ingraham and Monica Crowley screaming at him on either side of him was another great FOX liberal show.

(99,711 posts)I read that Jake Tapper originally auditioned for the job but he slapped Hannity around so bad Ailes decided not to match them up.

(16,399 posts)He ended up getting Howard Stern's time spot on WNBC-AM radio in the late 80's before it became WFAN. He was sort of a lame version of Howie's show, but I remember someone used to call every day and tell him "You suck, Alan" for about three minutes and he'd let it go on.

(16,399 posts)I grew up a WWF fan, but the Mulkeys were usually getting tossed around by Tully Blanchard or The Midnight Express in opening matches.

We didn't get cable until 1987 and then we started watching Crockett Promotions right around the time it became WCW.

(7,816 posts)the trend is right-leaning under the guise of non-partisan discussion: Both parties are equally bad. Both parties have valid points. Both parties need to compromise more. The people are tired of candidates from both parties. Clinton and Trump are equally disliked.
Most often stated as fact: safety net programs are entitlements that need to be cut to stave off economic disaster.
