going to assist in that effort. Kaine signed virulent anti gay legislation as Governor, after promising to veto it when he was running for office. He's the definition of what this Party needs to leave behind.

He's not going to win over white working class voters who might lean R, he's not going to inspire turnout or donations from the party's base.

He's just kinda there.

She can deploy him to heavily Hispanic districts to increase the percentage of that vote and turnout.

Few people in VA are excited about him.
The only way I see him helping here would be same as the rest of the country: disaffected Repukes who want to vote vs tRump will have a conservative dem alongside Clinton, which may make them more comfortable.
