It's when they turn their attention to "outsiders," in their neighborhood or across the oceans, that their potential for making trouble for others tends to come into play. And even then some are fine and decent, if not always appropriately understanding and respectful, while others need a leash put on them.

The extremists are emotion junkies, and don't care what the emotions is. The thinkers must be worn the hell out. Kaine just might appeal to them.
